All modular torque limiters are fully tested and verified on the test bench before shipment to prevent non-conforming products from being delivered to job sites.
Failure of overload protection for much equipment often stems from inaccurate torque values of torque limiters and the lack of actual factory verification. To address this pain point, we have set up a dedicated torque test station. After machining of components for each set of modular torque limiter, the unit is loaded and calibrated on the test bench first. We measure and verify slip torque, repeatability and reset performance, and record test data. Only after torque parameters pass inspection will the complete assembly, quality inspection and packaging for delivery be carried out.
From precision machining and heat treatment of parts, to bench torque testing and final assembly, the whole process is traceable. Matching the performance of imported equivalent products, we rely on self-developed factory test equipment to guarantee the protection accuracy of every torque limiter with authentic test data.
