Recently, Shanghai Jiteng Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. completed final inspection and packaging for a batch of JTL200-1C2 shaft-connected friction torque limiters, which are ready for shipment and delivery to the customer.
The finished products shown in the photos adopt an integrated long-shaft structure, model JTL200-1C2-Shaft/YA16. Every unit has passed torque calibration with clearly marked labels.
This friction torque limiter is a multi-disc slip-type safety clutch. Torque is transmitted by disc springs compressing friction plates. Once material jamming or locked-rotor occurs and the load exceeds the preset torque value, the limiter slips instantly to release force and cut off power, protecting key components such as gearboxes, main shafts and motors.
It can be reused after troubleshooting without part replacement, effectively lowering maintenance costs and equipment downtime.
The product comes with an integrally machined long shaft. Shaft diameter and keyway can be customized as required. The housing is galvanized for rust resistance, suitable for dusty, humid industrial environments.
