Our engineers performed disassembly, inspection and fault diagnosis on this imported original unit.
During the repair assessment, the customer pointed out the pain points of long lead time and high spare part costs for imported R+W products. Following technical discussions, the customer placed an order for one custom domestic torque limiter of the same specification.
