Where is the Precision Universal Joint mainly used?

Precision Universal Joint: The core feature is a small backlash, high synchronization, constant speed / nearly constant speed, and it can achieve a large angle (≤ 45°). It is used in transmission scenarios where there is an angle and high precision / high speed are required.


Core Features (Different from Ordinary Universal Joints)

Extremely low backlash: ≤ 0.05° to 0.25°, even zero backlash, precise positioning.

High transmission accuracy: Angular error < ±0.05°, constant speed / quasi-constant speed, small speed fluctuation.

High rigidity + low inertia: Alloy / stainless steel, precision grinding, good dynamic balance, suitable for high speed (up to 10,000 rpm+).

Large angle compensation: Single section ≤ 45°, double sections larger, still maintaining accuracy.

Long service life, low maintenance: Good sealing, wear-resistant, suitable for -40°C to +120°C.

Joint shafts, wrists, seventh axis / guide rails: low backlash + high stiffness, ensuring repeatability positioning accuracy (±1μm level).
