Unlike rubber-based elastic couplings, the HL Type Elastic Pin Coupling employs high-strength nylon for its transmission pins, leveraging the inherent toughness and shear resistance of the nylon material to facilitate power transmission. While traditional rigid direct-drive methods are prone to common issues such as keyway wear, component fracturing, equipment vibration, and abnormal noise, this product offers a perfect solution; it relies on the nylon pins to cushion the impact of starts and stops while dampening vibrations caused by alternating loads.


Design capability

1. The material of elastic components is linen so it has high hardness and resistance to wear and apply for the circumstance with causticity.

2. Circle surface of metal brake ring operated by quenching.

3. The bore dimensions, keyway dimensions and designation method of the coupling comply with the requirements of GB/T 3852-1977, "Connection Types and Dimensions of Shaft Bores". The bores of the two coupling halves can be selected independently and combined in any configuration.

4. Working temperature: From-20 to +70℃.

5. Original standard is international standard GB5051-85.
