2. Use shaft hole diameter and the degree of Si L outside the scope of the listed or other keyway type, in consultation with the manufacturer.

The shaft hole, connection form and dimensions of the WJA type coupling shall comply with the J1-type shaft hole and type A or type B keyway specified in GB/T 3852—1997, and the surface roughness Ra of the shaft hole shall not exceed 3.2μm.


Deburr the coupling before installation. During assembly, apply lubricating grease to the roller cavities.

After assembly, each half-coupling shall be able to rotate freely and move axially by the Δx value specified in Table 4-107.
